Outages of 20 minutes or more nearly every 24 hours or less. Then x-finity wifi has to slowly reboot when power is restored.

The worst Water and Power company that I have ever dealt with! They are rude and offensive with customers who pay their salaries! The company holds on to the senior citizen's cash deposites for extended amount of time! When I tried to collect my $150 deposit, they told me that I must wait for 6 months. I called again and they changed it to 1 year. I called again they said that it is 2 years! They have financial issues and are holding senior citizen's money for cash buildup for their company. I have no balance with them and yet they are enjoying the interest of my cash in their funds! If I was late in my payment, I paid the late fee. The manager's name was Sharon and she had difficulty searching for an excuse to keep my cash! It is unethical to lie to people when they use your services. When I paid, I needed to be informed of the fake refund policy! I was told that I will be refunded! It is unbearable to call and communicate with this company! I can't wait to leave this city and be free of this misery! read more

The bills always arrive on time, they are easy to read, and it is very convenient to pay online. If you need to speak to them in person, they have both drive-thru and walk-in options available. I've never called them but that's because I just go there instead. Woohoo read more

Definitely a zero, but it's not an option. This place is heartless and smug. They couldn't care less about the people of Anderson IN. In all my 35 years of living in different states & cities I was horrified by my experience with this place. So sad, they have no one to Answer too & treat people like low lifes. Heat and lights, taking a bath & of course cooking a meal or two are all luxuries, you know, so you better be thankful that when you flip that switch on the light shines. They don't care if you've paid thousands of dollars in this poverty ridden city...you miss a penny and lights out. No remorse. No cares. I would give them a ZERO if I could!!!! The do not answer the phone. They do not respond to voice mails. The "supervisor" 's email is listed on their website and I have emailed her twice and still no response! It is so infuriating!!!! I work the same hours they are open so it is impossible for me to go up there to even ask simple questions!!! read more
