I believe this is the urgent care inside the hospital. I moved out here recently and have needed an urgent care two times and both times came here because the ProMedica one has a big sign saying they're closed...every day since I moved here, plus I have other reasons for not wanting to return to ProMedica anything. Anyway, this urgent care is actually pretty good and is just part of the hospital itself unlike most urgent cares I've seen which might be near them but are their own little building - so it is pretty busy around you and at the moment due to covid you sign in at the urgent care but then wait at the family practice area and are seen there instead as well. Having a lot of experience in a lot of different cities and a few states with many visits to urgent cares, I'd say this is one of the better places I've gone to (possibly due to being part of the hospital?). While there can be extremely long wait times (nearly 2 hours without many people even waiting in the first place) once you're seen they're thorough, nice, and go out of their way to really make sure they're certain what is wrong and that you, as the patient, understand what it they're diagnosing you with, what it means, and what the next steps are/what the medication does and how to use it - rather than past urgent care experiences I've had where much of the time you're basically rushed in and out. In fact, these doctors have spent more time explaining and checking my issue than my ACTUAL primary care doctor at "the only competing hospital/urgent care in the area" which is why I won't be returning there - especially when they charge me for 40 minutes when he'd see me for about 3 total minutes. read more

So, my mom went in for bad morning sickness and I don't know his name but he was the only doctor (in ER) and the doctor trys to give my mom an anti-nausea that gives her Contstapation then he says *you either take this or take something else that will make you fall asleep* so then she called her dad (my grandpa) then he left and started yelling and says *IM GOING TO GIVE HER A DISCHARGE!* Then she left and the nurses were talking and laughing instead of doing there job read more

Greedy! It's all about money there. Had a complete physical in April and she only wrote my script for 6 months. Now I have to come back for a refill. It's heartburn meds. My blue cross says medical standards are for a year with complete physicals for this med. They just want another office visit fee. GREEDY. NOT ABOUT MEDICINE! read more

Doctor To was incredibly rude he would not help my friend when she had a high-grade fever and pain from hammer toe construction surgery. He gave her the lowest dose of morphine to try to help with the pain and then sat her alone in a room for 3 hours. Her pain started increasing after the two hours and he refused to help her an anyway with the pain she was going through. And he was going to leave her in there even longer while she suffered with pain saying that they were going to call her pediatrist. He was so rude to her that she signed herself out because he was yelling at her and wrapped her foot like crap that the nurse had to redo it. 10 out of 10 don't recommend wish i could give 0 stars for doctor to in ER. read more
