The facility is always fresh and clean. I love the nurses. The security guy is a waste of human resources

This is my second experience at this Urgent Care and I have to give it 10s across the board. I had…read morean entirely new staff this round and still had SUPERB service. It is so frustrating to come outside ESP in the cold when you are sick and deal with people. The receptionist with pink hair and my PA Lindsey were so kind and helpful. And Lindsey did not judge me even though I CLEARLY should have been done an allergy test a long time ago lol. I got checked out and got a referral to an allergy clinic. This location is clean, my wait wasn't long and I'm just grateful to have had such a positive experience while I'm here feeling like shit. THANK YOU URGENT CARE!!! I hope you all have an amazing day. P.S. whoever trains this location needs to train them all

Went to pharmacy to pick up the other part of the prescription and realized I did not have the steroid so I went back to get the steroid from this location. And I was told that they had sent the steroid prescription to the pharmacy. Now I'm 99% sure that the bag I got from the pharmacy only had one prescription in it. But I'm not positive and willing to give them the benefit of the doubt I go back to my car to confirm. I am correct one prescription. I walk back in to ask if there had been a mistake at the pharmacy or here. To be told "oh she just sent it to the pharmacy." Then why when I first walked in was, I told it was sent to the pharmacy. A person with any integrity would have said "oh I forgot. I can send it to the pharmacy now or you can pick it up here." The pharmacy closed in five minutes, but rather than giving them any more of my money, I went to the pharmacy and made them fill it.

They were older, and should know better that someone who had surgery...cannot put on a gown by themselves and just to hold it out so you can take it from them doesn't cut it, they don't introduce themselves, say good morning, ask how you feel, or what else can they do for you after they do the minimum...such as take your vitals, do a glucose check, or their other tasks. They are reluctant to assist you to the bathroom when they answer the call bell and no conversation as to your well being. there was only one NA who was caring, spoke to you and was kind. She was the exception. I had a total of five NA's and she was the only reason I haven't written to Emory Hospital right away. SJH was exceptional....too bad Emory took over! The quality and reputation that Saint Joseph had is sadly no more. I would not recommend Emory to anyone for Surgery or as an inpatient.

I was referred to Emory Eye Clinic to be fitted for a sclarel contact lens as treatment for keracotonus. During my first visit in September 2025, the doctor explained that prescribing the lens is a 4 visit process. He said it would cost $800 out of pocket plus a $30 copayment for each visit. The billing department confirmed this. I paid the $800 promptly. I have also paid $30 during each visit. My final appointment was in January 2026. About a week later, I received a bill for $515. I contacted Emory and my insurance company to resolve this issue. My insurance contacted Emory and explained that there was a problem with the claim and told them how to fix it. They did not correct the error. I got a bill for $485 a few weeks later. I again contacted Emory and my insurance company. My insurance company contacted Emory a second time. I received another bill in April. This time it was back to $515. However my account in MyChart says it's $485. My insurance company contacted Emory a third time. I reached out to the billing department via MyChart. The response said that a quote from billing is not a guarantee, that my insurance doesn't cover keracontonus and that they cannot provide a itemized bill that reflects payments on my account. All of that is inaccurate and unacceptable. After 3+ months of all this, I made a complaint to Patient Relations. They intervened. They also gave me a lot of excuses. I understand that mistakes in billing happen. I don't understand the unwillingness to correct the mistake. The could have easily resolved if Emory had listened to my insurance company in the first place.
