The front desk clerk, who was to lazy to even get up from her desk and come to the window to have a normal conversation, was yelling this across the room. I was turned away from my 11:30 appointment at 11:15 and she couldn't explain to me why all the messages from them stated my appointment was for 11:30. I will not be back, nor will any of my family. They are losing a lot of business over one secretary with an attitude.
