I had a good experience at my visit.all were very sweet and helpful they answered my questions I'm glad I chose them to be my dental help.also my granddaughter went to have her teeth cleaned she enjoyed her time there and she has always been afraid to go to dentist but this has been a good experience for her also I'm so happy the next visit will be easier for her read more

I was 15 minutes early for an appointment. But because I didn't come in 30 minutes prior to the appointment the front desk clerk told me I could not be seen. The front desk clerk, who was to lazy to even get up from her desk and come to the window to have a normal conversation, was yelling this across the room. I was turned away from my 11:30 appointment at 11:15 and she couldn't explain to me why all the messages from them stated my appointment was for 11:30. I will not be back, nor will any of my family. They are losing a lot of business over one secretary with an attitude. read more

The receptionist is awful, she wants to get an attitude with my mother, myself, and my sister. She said we didn't have any common sense and then proceeded to get an attitude with my mom, you can tell she doesn't love her job. After we ignored her, she then goes in the back and talks crap about my mom and make sneer comments. Other than the awful receptionist, our experience with the Keely was amazing. read more

I have a huge phobia of going to the dentist but I always feel completely comfortable going to these two dentists. Dr. Rossetti and Dr. Rossetti are humble, kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional and do great work. My family and I have went to Rossetti for 8+ years and the feeling of a going to a small town dentistry is like I'm going to visit old friends. I took my children here in hopes of finding a dentist closer to home and saving myself a drive to Oxford. I am not giving this clinic a 1 based on the staff of the dentist, but more of I'm giving it a one (would be a ZERO) because of the awful attitude of the receptionist/sign in Lady, Debbie. I have never seen someone with such a bad attitude twords patients who somehow is still employed. Because of Debbie, you couldn't pay me to ever go back to this establishment. The only reason I did not walk out when I arrived was because of another lady, Vickie; who was wonderful. This was our first and last visit here. We will drive the extra 45 minutes from now on. I am just baffled that this lady still has a job. I guess she is worth loosing patients over for some reason. * Children had an appt for 2:30. Arrived at Dentist at 2:28 and was told after I drove 30 minutes, with three small kids, that there was a mix up, even though I had six text messages that said 2:30, that I should have been there at 2:00 for paperwork and my children would not be seen. Even though there was ONE car in the parking lot and they was obviously just slammed Again, thanks to Vickie who went above and beyond to help and make sure they were seen since they was ON TIME for their appts!! read more
