They got the repairs done, efficiently and completely once they reached out. I've not had any further problems so far. He also did some other small plumbing jobs at the house for no extra cost. The Viessmann went in only a week ago so I can't speak to reliability, but he was good to work with. I hesitated, a lot, (primarily because it's such an expensive and critical endeavor and I wanted to be SUPER sure of every aspect) but he patiently worked with my concerns and gave me all the detail I needed. Fast, competent and communicative. His two workers were also very pleasant to be around. I handled the removal of the old furnace and oil tank directly through the Dump Guys so I was left with a clean, orderly basement with gleaming copper pipes and a functioning furnace.
