The manager was another tune as she never was involved with any of the patients, stayed in her office 95% of the time when she was there, if you asked a question she always said to ask the front desk, how the company could not see what was going on. The maintenance man Raul was about as useless to be a maintenance, if you ask him a question, he just mumbled and kept walking, , I finally convince my family to get me out of their and they did, I did not require any special care? I just needed to be somewhere in case I fell or needed medical attention. I waited a while after I left before posting this, don't let the lucks of the place fool you, Bad place for any elderly person if they can't speak up. If you love your loved one, don't leave them here.
