I had a very complicated title transfer for my motorcycle, and this location and staff have been nothing but polite, professional, above and BEYOND helpful handling my mess and have NEVER been rude to me. They are helpful, they explain everything, again they go above and beyond, I can't say that enough. I recommend this location, Danielle is fantastic as well as everyone I have worked with. Extremely rude I asked for help renewing my license and they said to "Just go to AAA down the street." I have already thought of that but unfortunately my schedule didn't work out to where I could wait at AAA. This was the whole point of me going to this place. I rarely ever leave a review but these guys deserve it! I purchased a side by side out of state and the dealer uses Mercer County Messenger for their out of state title work. I have been waiting on a title for almost 100 days, I understand in these times that is not unusual. I had been dealing with Patty, she was helpful but not good at returning calls. On this last call I had been trying to get back in touch with her for just over 2 weeks with no returned phone calls. I had sold the machine approximately 90 days ago and have been trying to get the title ever since. They told me Sheffield has still showing as the lien holder and to call them, I did and they told me they released it. I had just been trying to call back (for 2 weeks) to see what my next step was. Now to today... The woman I spoke with wanted to help me as much as someone would want to have a stroke. I had bad reception and she made sure to keep repeatedly telling me that in the most rude tone she could. I had walked outside to hear her better and she wanted to push the problem on someone else again and read a number off to me to call, she read it so fast I couldn't write it down nor was I ready to anyways. I asked her to repeat it and she rambled it off again just as fast, I then told her they have been terrible to work with this whole experience and I have been trying to be nice, she responded yelling she couldn't hear me. I told her she was miserable to talk to and she yelled "us,miserable!" and hung up on me. Here I am 3 months later and no farther ahead. I would not recommend them for anything and I don't know how you can treat people this way and still be in business, read their other reviews... I hope they see this and think twice and take a deep breath before you treat someone else this way. It's YOUR job, YOU picked it! read more

Overpriced! I transfered a jet ski title on 3/22/11, and they charged me $55.00. I could have had this done somewhere else locally for $20.00!!! What a rip off. Not very friendly either. read more
