I didn't know what to expect because it was a very small place with limited seating but it didn't disappoint! My breakfast "pizza" was a combination or savory, sweet, and delicious, the bread was a combination of pizza dough and Hawaiian rolls which paired very well with the mild cheddar and savory bacon. The raspberry lemonade is slightly carbonated and not sugary but still Delicious and ice cold! The only thing I would have liked to see done differently was use chocolate syrup and not powder, but I get it's Europe and they do things differently here but it makes the mocha come off a bit chalky. Besides that the coffee was high quality and not bitter. They do have free WiFi as well But no public restrooms!! So go before you leave your house, Airbnb or hotel. You have been warned. Cheers,

This is really just another tiny little polish coffee shop with a few pastries but they have fresh…read moresqueezed juice (squeezed to order), a coffee and a croissant for 15PLZ which is a great deal! Also the staff is really attentive and friendly. They also have a little loyalty card which they will stamp. I think it's cute because it's not like someone would go far out of their way to go there (although I have been so I guess it works!) The coffee is illy which is good because it's tasty and reliably strong. If you are in the area it's worth stopping in for a cup.

I could not BELIEVE my eyes when I came back to Krakow after a long summer holiday and realised that Castor had MOVED *away* from the most central location ever (was previously next to the Maria church) And it's not like they've moved to another nearby street, oh no, the cafe has moved to literally the end of the world (I can see that half of Krakow won't agree but my selfish mind isn't happy as you can tell). Biking for a good half an hour through town to have ny red espresso is not exactly something I will be doing on a whim in the future... ANYWAYS let's see what they've made of this new *cough* unfamiliar *cough* place... The bagels are still good. In fact the menu does not seem to ha e changed much, rather it's had multiple additions of lunch dishes that do sound mouth watering. No wonder, now that there actually IS a sizable kitchen behind the bar. For the coffee drinks I just really miss the big mugs... I hope they've just hidden them somewhere and will pull them out soon. As for the location it's very spacious, nice interiors, there's also a front porch kind of entrance with hammocks hanging from the trees. It's basically the ground floor of some sort of apartment building so there's much more space and it's both children and pet friendly. Though to me this seems like the best improvement to moving away from the centre: you can actually watch your kids play in the garden-y area and watch them slide, climb in the trees or whatever. If you have kids that is......... I probably won't come as often as I used to before for reasons explained above, I mean I basically came here to confirm my doubts. The decor and colors and the art. Just a neat place. The food and drinks also on par with the ambiance. Service can be slow but we weren't in any hurry. We ordered a round of espresso martinis and my one friend had a sparkling Rosè. The martinis were a little milky looking which isn't my favorite but these tasted good and not to dairy forward. It had a little extra ingredients in it than your normal espresso martini. Which made it different too. Hazelnut vodka and amaretto. Worth a try. We tried the Brie and salad baguette and the berry cheesecake. Both of these were stellar and so good and fresh. Loaded with toppings on the baguette the Brie was nice and creamy. The tomatoes were delicious. The cheesecake was so crumbly and the compote on top was house made and very berry forward. All of it was just the perfect afternoon pick me up and we were so happy with the serving size and all the dressing up in the plate. So pretty. One of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. It consists of several small rooms, nooks and corners stacked with small tables all on different levels. Every room is decorated with a different theme and color you get to pick where you want to sit. We chose a table in the very back - red walls with red velvet curtains, smocked glass mirrors and crystal chandeliers. This was the most beautifully decorated breakfast setting we have ever seen. The food was really delicious, too. We opted for a smocked salmon omelette, shakshooka and an order of Apple pancakes. Everything was truly amazing and had a local twist. This place was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Krakow. I also cannot say enough about the service- our waitress was absolutely delightful and amazing.

The place has stunning views (hence the name: Panorama) and it makes a great destination for a snack/comfort food/ice cream/coffee or a pint stop while hiking in Lasek Wolski or climbing the Mound itself. the cafe offers some nice desserts, specialty coffees, ice cream and lemonade made on premises, it also has a good selection of bottled beer and soft drinks. there are some simple dishes on the menu as well - French fries with cheddar cheese for example - a great meal for somebody who spent a few hours exploring the forests area around the Kosciuszko Mound. My only complaint is that the cafe appears to be understaffed - there is usually only one server behind the bar and only one person working in the kitchen - which makes a waiting time longer when the cafe gets crowded - which happen a lot during sunny summer days and on the weekends, but it probably isn't a problem during slower times or on weekdays. If I may, I would suggest the management to fork out some money and to hire more staff. The young lady who works in the cafe today was very swift and capable but she definitely would use some help. By then I would recommend ordering simple items like soft drinks or beer to avoid waiting. the cafe is definitely worth of visiting for its ambience and breathtaking views. lots of tables, and plenty of umbrellas provide shade. A great place to spend some time outdoors in summer or on a warmer spring or fall unbrellas (it was even open today - November 1st! - which was wonderful as the weather was surprisingly warm). a real gem indeed!
