I was served the complimentary chips and dip and the dip was the most delicious salsa I have tasted! I ordered their famous margaritas and it was delicious! To wrap up I ordered their pistachios cake and oh my it was sumptuous. I would highly recommend trying this place out!

Overall the whole experience of eating at mochomas was a treat and i would highly recommend this!

The portions were smaller than expected, and the food didn't justify the cost. The drinks are also quite expensive. It is set up with very nice decor and appears to be popular. We found the service disinterested and everything we ordered was barely OK. The steak was chewy, and the appetizers were meh. The food was great for the most part, but things fell apart at the very end…read more.. I asked the server for a dessert recommendation, he said the Pistachio cheesecake was very good. I was a solo diner that evening and had already eaten my fill with too much food. Well, the cheese cake was more than just a slice. It could feed 3-4 people! Not only that, the cheesecake was NOT fresh. It was definitely pre-made and frozen, because the texture was very icy and the only pistachio part was the crust. So not only did the server recommend some freezer burned mid level cheesecake, but also just wanted to inflate the bill for a bigger tip. While the food was delicious, it is extremely over priced as well. You can find the same food for much cheaper. This is one of the many pit falls for dining in San Pedro Garza Garcia district. I don't mind paying good money for good food, but the pricing on typical items is just egregious for what it is. I'd avoid and do not recommend this place.
