The staff are extremely friendly. I saw them accommodate an old man who just wanted to stop in for a dessert. It started dumping rain after so they gave him an umbrella! They also told us we can wait out the rain, but instead we got impatient and just got really wet. (naturally, the rain stopped as we reached the tram station a couple blocks away.)
