I'm trying to find out if Dr. Bigler/Dr. Biggler whom practiced in Auburn, Wash (Auburn MultiCare) in 2000, is still alive & well? (I noticed a Dr. Bigler passed away-not sure if the same Dr?)…

Hi Suzanne, unfortunately Dr. Biggler does not (and did not) work for this company. Good luck in finding him!

Even though she…read morewas required to process patients at light speed to "hit numbers" or whatever the right expression would be in the insurance industry, she was a caring doctor there. Like many doctors in this country, though, she had to make appointments short, and appointments were sometimes weeks out. It was frustrating for both of us. When Dr. Acher announced she was starting a new practice and it would be a concierge medicine practice, I was both confused and intrigued. "You mean I pay even MORE money on top of what I'm already paying for insurance?" I looked into it further both as a concept and as something that had been done successfully on the Eastside. At $100 per month, I decided to give it a try. She said I could phone, text, or email her any day at any time. I didn't believe it at first. But sure enough, I've texted her at night on weekends and she has responded in just a few minutes. Amazing! I don't make a habit of it because Dr. Acher has to live a life, too. My first in-office appointment wasn't even an annual physical, but she talked to me for about 40 minutes. Nothing was hurried. I never felt as if she had to rush to the next patient. I couldn't believe it. For me $8 per day is worth it. I have direct access to my GP. I feel heard and attended to. And she gets to choose how many people are in her practice, which means she can control how busy it gets. Highly recommended! I'm a believer in concierge medicine now and I was already a believer in Dr. Acher.

When our daughter possibly fractured her ankle Dr.Acher saw us same day, got us in quickly to get x-rays and communicated with us through out the entire process. Her team is amazing, they are great about following up and checking in with you to see how you are doing with your health and more.

I found Dr. Schuster and his amazing staff to be a huge breath of fresh air. Dr. Schuster, is extremely thorough (old school). which was exactly what I was looking for in a doctor. I know when I go in for a medical issue, I'm receiving the best possible care. I'm so happy I switched from Poly to Dr. Schuster at Broadway sport and Internal Medicine. Dr. Schuster offers a concierge package, that I recently signed for. Its the only way to go.

I had a very bad experience with Dr Schuster. I have had chronic pain in my legs for many years…read more When I was in my grad school the reason for the pain was diagnosed by a sports medicine doctor in Phoenix ( about 5 years ago). At that point in time the pain was bearable and I did not have the money to go for a surgery. The pain gradually got worse and I went to Dr Schuster here in Seattle with the prior diagnosis and tests. Dr Schuster made me undergo multiple more tests which cost me thousands of dollars while my pain increased. Finally when all the tests confirmed that the diagnosis by the Doctor in Phoenix was right , he mentioned that he was not specialized to do the surgery and that he would recommend another doctor who could do this surgery. He assured me that he had great relationship with this doctor and that he would be able to get him to see me quickly. This "Recommended" surgeon who by the way had poor online reviews could only see me after 3 months and when calls and messages to Dr Schuster went unanswered, I went to another doctor to get my surgery. Stay away!! from this guy unless you want to spend a fortune on useless clinical visits and tests.
