Do not go with these people- they do a terrible job, are not responsive to emails, and will refuse to do lawn work if you cancel services with them at any point. We used them for a while and weren't super impressed- they barely clean up grass clippings (got into the mulch, and they just left the clippings there), even after repeatedly telling them to clean it up, they scuffed the paint off our lamp in the yard with the edge trimmer- did nothing about that, and when sent an email asking if they could remove a bunch of weeds from the front (a problem that's there fault because they left all kinds of clipping in the mulched areas)- it took them a week to respond, at which point we had taken care of the problem ourselves.
We ended up canceling all services with them, and a month later, my husband called to see if they could mow the lawn, they agreed to come out that morning. They did nothing, he called in the afternoon, and we were told that the person who handled the call doesn't do the schedule, that he does, and that he would not be coming out and that we should look for another company to do our lawn work. How unprofessional. Not like these people have contracts for clients so they can sign on for services for 6 months, a year, whatever. They also like to send bills at their convenience. We got bills for June and July back to back. If you need any lawn work done, I suggest going elsewhere, anywhere else has to be better than these people! read more
