Initially we placed Mom in her own apartment at a large fancy memory care facility that promised all the bells and whistles. I received many calls and texts from Mom that she wasn't receiving the attention or care she deserved and that we paid for. Moms condition worsened and I knew I had to mover her immediately. Thank God I found WellQuest. The home is clean and inviting. There are wonderful home cooked meals, fun activities, and a caring staff that is happy to see you whenever you stop by. The food is excellent and if there's something that you don't like you can order something else and they are more than happy to accommodate you for that. I am so happy that my children and I put this on our visit list because I have been extremely happy here. They have a wonderful library, a good gym, and a nice pool. They have a bus that will take you to the shopping center and to your doctors appointments. They also have lots of activities that you can participate in if you choose. They have daily chair exercises, and pool aquatics. They have a social hour on Wednesday afternoons with music and sometimes live entertainment. They also have special events for the holidays. Eduardo and some staff are amazing but it seems their hands are tied by corporate. Since being taken over it has gotten more expensive, but the only money they put in is the updated lobby that people see first. My dad's hallway has been a disaster area since December with a "remodel". He had to be out of his room twice for 8 hours bc they were working on it. Luckily he had my place to come to, but what about those that don't? Had to be locked in their rooms or chill in the lobby. This was 2 months ago, the pictures are from last week. My husband was hit in the head by an alarm hanging from the ceiling that's been that way for 2 months. What if that was my 89 year old parent and he fell? So unsafe. Dad was having plumbing troubles and they came to look at it. Said someone near him flushed something they shouldn't have. Their solution was that he get a container to put all his toilet paper in and he can't flush paper anymore. HE PAYS $2,400 a month for a small studio with no kitchen!! He can't even flush his toilet paper. When they came to check it they left the bathroom a mess and left the dirty plunger in the shower floor. This is unacceptable. The residents deserve better.

But in the short time they were there and on the three visits prior to their moving, I knew this was the place for them.  Everyone was so friendly, kind and more than willing to help in any way.  By the time they moved in the staff was already calling them by their first names and making them feel welcome.  The facility is well kept, very clean and has great food. The homemade cookies at the front desk were always delicious. The smaller size of the facility made it much more inviting.  While my parents were in hospice care in Sunny Rose Glen, the staff was wonderful to my parents, my brother, and myself.  They helped so much and after my parents passed it was evident how much the staff cared.  Thank you Sunny Rose Glen for making my parents' last days more comfortable for them and our family. I highly recommend this facility to everyone."

My brother and I went to five different assisted and Memory Care Facilities around the Temecula Murrieta area, and all of their memory cares look like zombieland. Very few caregivers, everybody sitting around doing nothing, no music, no one doing activities no laughing and very very depressing. And then we found Vineyard Ranch. The facility is beautiful and very well-kept. When we walked into the memory care, everybody was out of their rooms and doing something. People were laughing, talking activities were going on everywhere, and staff were visible throughout the rooms. Completely different environment and that made us very, very happy. She has been there for 3 weeks now, and she doesn't mention going home at all. She tells everyone this is her home and that she loves it there. She's always doing an activity and keeping busy. She's made a lot of friends. The food is good and she finishes all of her meals. Staff are always there to keep an eye on everyone. After any exercise, the staff brings everyone protein smoothies. Every Thursday they have an excursion to someplace fun and stimulating. At a time when dealing with a situation like this, it can be extremely stressful and create feelings of guilt. Vineyard Ranch has made the transition smooth, easy, and very pleasant. We are so happy to see Mom happy laughing and involved. Couldn't ask for more than that.

My mother was admitted there this last April. The home is spotless and rooms as well as the bathrooms are spotless. While there I noticed Shauna who is the caregiver gave my mother Helen extra special care and attention. As my mother was suffering from dementia/ alzheimers she required 24 hour care. Shauna engaged with my mother on a daily basis . She went above and beyond in assisting my mother and her needs. Shauna would regularly call to ask if it was ok to take my mom with her to various family gatherings. She took my mom shopping , took her to the park, the lake etc. Shauna's actions allowed my brother and I to sleep at night knowing mom was in good hands. She would text me photos of my mom weekly. Smiling laughing and enjoying life. My cousin Raquel Lewis left a nasty post on here due to family disputes which have nothing to do with this wonderful business. If you read her post disregard it as a case of sour grapes that had no bearing on this business I highly recommend this home for anyone who requires 24 hour care for their loved ones.

The place was very clean, very posh. They are 3 years old and it shows. Decor is modern and classy. Michael gave us a tour. He was excellent. He was very responsive beforehand. He has you parking at the one spot in front with your name on it. They had your name printed out on the table. The whole experience was a good one. At the end, Michael gave my parents a special cake in a box. He was fantastic!

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the care my father is receiving at Temecula…read moreHealthcare Center. Based on what my dad has shared with me, I have serious concerns about neglect and the lack of basic care and compassion he deserves. My father has told me that he is left in soiled diapers for 45 minutes or longer, that staff ignore his call light when he needs help, and that they become upset with him when he has to call out for assistance. He also reports that his nails are not trimmed and that he is sometimes passed over on his scheduled shower days. Even more concerning, he has a sore near his bottom that causes him pain when staff clean him. Despite his complaints of pain, he says that nothing has been applied to help soothe or protect the affected area. My father has been left disabled after suffering several strokes, and I understand that he can sometimes be grumpy, demanding, and difficult to deal with. He is frustrated with his situation, and I know he doesn't always communicate kindly. However, that does not excuse a lack of care, compassion, or attention from the people responsible for looking after him. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their temperament. I live more than four hours away, which makes it difficult for me to visit regularly and personally check on his care. That distance makes this situation even more upsetting because I have to worry about whether my father is receiving the attention he needs when family cannot be there. I cannot say what motivates the staff's behavior, but the pattern of concerns my father has described leaves me feeling that his needs are not being taken seriously. I should not have to worry that my father is being left uncomfortable, ignored when he needs help, or denied basic personal care. Our loved ones deserve to feel safe, respected, and cared for in a healthcare facility. They should never feel like a burden for needing assistance. I am deeply unhappy with what my father has described, and I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements to the quality of care provided to its residents. No family should have to wonder whether their loved one is being neglected simply because they cannot be there to advocate for them every day.
