There was a specific time period that I had to have this roof done (due to usage of the house, time off for me, etc.), and Bryan was able to schedule the job to be done during this time and have all the materials to be available (also another challenge on this island). Not only was he so reliable, but his crew did a beautiful job on the roof. They had to make changes from the plan to allow for better drainage, and now the house looks beautiful and charming. The crew showed up and did a tear off of the old cedar shake roof area by area, day by day, and replacing it with new watertight roofing. Within the week, they were complete. It took a total of 9 days with 2 of the days getting rain outs. They cleaned up well, and wheeled around a magnet every day for the nails.
