It was a very rainy day so they couldn't get on the roof to inspect but were able to climb up and take photos from many angles. The checked many things in the house, outside and underneath the home. A small drill hole from another contractor who had did work up on roof. We were happy to find what is likely the cause. Nick came by on his own, repaired/filled hole. Apparently there were many cracked tiles, probably when panels were put in, tenting and/or neighbor's avocados. He checked for this type of tiles and the color. Recommended extra tiles because not many in my color which I did want. Rob and his helper went straight to work for many hours (in the hot sun and no breeze) due to the tile being slippery, not to cause further breakage and must do one at a time). They then carefully brought in the extra tiles for storage. Very happy with the work of Rob and advice on the care of the roof.
