I've never seen her technique done before but I've never had my hair look so good before. My curls came out perfectly and I was very impressed. I thought it was weird that she asked for a deposit. We have tried 4 SportClip locations, all were great but this location on Overland Rd was outstanding. The automated check-in and the speed of service are perfect. We have waited less than 5 minutes for a stylist, the cut was clean and exactly like I asked for. Then the wash and vibrating chair in teh wash nearly put me to sleep I was so relaxed. I highly recomend this location to anyone wanting a haircut that is over the top.

It is unfortunate that your lack of communication is an embarrassment and you as a manager should take a constructive criticism as a professional. Hanging up on me just shows that you are a horribly bad mistake for this company. I do not appreciate it and you will never cut my hair again.
