Some may only do perms, or coloring. Ask first. I am very glad I found Ryan who did a great job on cutting my hair. I went in and told her she could do whatever she thought would look good, even coloring or high lights if needed. She has great styling skills and recommended a simple cut, which turned out to be great! No pushing on selling any service nor products.
