We flew out from California for the San Fermin Festival and found this location to be ideal. Not too far and not too close to the festival were it would be a burden of distance or noise.
Check-in was fairly simple, we managed to get by with Spanglish and we're off to our room. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite and we're immediately impressed. Each room has 2 twin beds with nightstands, ample closet space, the patio/balcony had some patio furniture and electronic door to make the patio enclosed/private. The kitchen was kind of small, it had a medium sized refrigerator, small sink, stove top and microwave. Kitchen utensils were very minimal, not even a spatula or sodden spoon. Silverware was fine, there was a set of plates and bowls but not much else. The bathroom was decent. Average sized shower, maybe on the smaller side with the half glass door thing that swings in and out. In my opinion the half swinging door thing is a pain in the butt because you have to point the head in a certain way so that it doesn't splash beyond the glass. There was almost a wall to wall vanity with sink, toilet, bidet and plenty of towels.
Maid service was here daily and there really many complaints the group had. The beds were the coil style and you could here them as you repositioned in bed and were on the medium comfort level.
The location was nice since there is a grocery store about a block away, 3 cafeterias literally outside of the hotel, pharmacies on the same street and quite a few bodegas/small stores down the street.
If we were to come back to Pamplona again for the festival this will definitely be the first place we look into again. read more
