Ordered a Vegan Dark Chocolate and Pistachio Croffle that comes with a vanilla soft serve that is dairy based and served on a side. Perfectly baked (?) still crunchy and a drizzle of dark chocolate and pistachios. Yum. Definitely trying different types here. The large Chocolate Ice Cream was good as well. Good chocolate intense flavour and not too sweet. The ice cream was a bit soft for our preference and it almost was soft serve consistency. I don't think there are more vegan plant based ice cream flavours, but if there were we would be here more often. My cousin and I were playing safe so we both went with a soft serve twist. Mine was doused in a ton of sprinkles and she went with the crushed oreos. They were delightful! We took our down to the water and walked along the path watching the swans and giant ducks and you can't beat that kind of ambiance!

I was told that this is the best ice cream here and I was not disappointed !!! Me and my boyfriend both got the second smallest size for the ice cream cone. It was just the right size to satisfy my craving but also not feel too guilty about eating too much ice cream. I got the dark chocolate with raspberry crumbs. The dark chocolate went so well with the vanilla ice cream and the raspberry. It was a very good balance without tasting overwhelmingly sweet. I definitely recommend this combination if you are a fan of dark chocolate. I also tried my boyfriend's Oreo combination. It was good for a few bites but definitely got too sweet for me after more bites. My boyfriend liked it more than my dark chocolate though. Overall I enjoyed the ice cream here!!! After his unfriendly and unprofessional response, I decided to go with my all-time favourite, Jamoca Fudge, and ordered two containers. Since it was for a birthday party, I asked for a few pink plastic spoons. The guy at the counter told me they didn't have spoons, even though I clearly saw plenty on the shelf behind him. When I pointed this out, he insisted, "We don't serve spoons. Go get some from home." I was shocked and said, "Excuse me, I've been coming here for over 20 years, and I have always received ice cream with spoons." He firmly replied that he wouldn't give me a spoon. Disappointed, I asked him to take back the ice cream and refund my money. He was unable to do so. Then, a short South Asian lady and another girl appeared. They spoke to each other in Hindi right in front of me, and I understood everything. The lady refunded my money in cash. On screen, she refunded $29.98, but my bill was only $23.00. I suspect she pocketed the difference. When I complained about her attitude and asked for her name, she misbehaved and said, "What can you do? Go ahead and leave bad comments; we don't care." Due to our confrontation, a customer behind me left the store. Their terribly rude behaviour was very strange to me. I believe Baskin Robbins no longer cares about their customers. I have decided not to buy ice cream from Baskin Robbins again. I will share my experience on my channel and on other social media platforms because, as the lady said, they don't care. I am very disappointed by their rude and unprofessional customer service.

We spotted a cart selling Cold Cofee and I immediately gulped it down. I thought that would be enough but then I spotted a huge crowd around a store. Intrigued, I approached and noticed it was an Ice-cream shop. My foodie instincts kicked in. I immeditely stood in queue. I was lucky that by the time I decided, the crowd had dispersed a bit and my number came after a 5 minute wait. I scanned the menu on the glass window and ordered the large cup with 2 scoops: -Mango - Hazelnut Praline Paid around $9.50 with taxes and stepped away, only to notice that during our wait the queue had grown tremendously and still growing. Thanking my stars, i stepped away from the crowd and dug into the flavors. The mango was delicious. It wasn't overly sweet and had a bit of tang to it. It was more of a sorbet and had flavorsome resemblence to the real fruit. The Hazelnut Praline was creamy and on the sweeter side. The flavor had nice hazelnut tones but I'd have prefer a much deeper flavor, especially of praline. The two contrasting flavors made us enjoy each of them thoroughly, especially on a sunny day. To Foodies: There are a lot of places at Elora delling ice-creams and soft serves - we tried a couple. Of them all, this one was the best. They have lots of flavors and variety of items to satisfy your sweet cravings. Though some may find it a bit on the expensive side. To Management. Great service. Good ice-cream.
