I also like when the Christmas displays come around. So many things to look at. I feel like they usually have coupons or deals via the rewards system which is cool. I feel like most of the staff are in the front end and they are usually nice. I sometimes find pops from other countries to try or even exotic snacks. I really had no idea what to expect, but as soon as I walked thru the door, was a cart with coffee and tea offerings. I tried both which they were lukewarm (not surprised as this was evening time when I was in there), but the tea was tasty. Then I went in browsing the store myself. There were sections with Christmas related merchandise and just other merchandise. I naturally gravitated towards the stationary/book section-- lots of offerings there. The food/drink sections were huge. Lots of items to explore including international items as well. I thought that was very neat. I briefly looked at the jewelry/aromatherapy section. I found a few pieces of jewelry I'd wear, super cute! Lastly, I headed over to the kitchen section. Found some really cool plates and other kitchen items. I do have to say I was a little disappointed that I passed 3 employees during my visit and not one even acknowledged me. I thought that was very strange and unacceptable. You should say hello to customers when they visit the store. Customer service skills are a large part of customer satisfaction and help decide if the customer will be returning or not. Overall, my first time here was enjoyable and glad I stopped in to check it out. I' think if/when I'm in the area I'll stop back in to see what new goodies they have that time around. I do have to share, I appreciate how bright, spacious, and neatly organized this store is.

It was exactly right for my purposes. I am absolutely going to use it again the next time that I need to see out of a mask. Ten/ten recommend. Second, they are my go-to for winter insulation. I love my louvered porch windows in the summer--they are great for getting the air flowing. In winter? Somewhat less enamored. My porch gets cold, which means my living room can be a bit more invigorating than ideal. I always know that I can go to Jerry's to pick up window insulating kits that will help seal the cracks and keep me cozy. Good prices and some of the most helpful and courteous staff in town--this is a truly awesome neighborhood resource.

They shipped it and delivered to my living room in NJ for about $100. She is still with me, going strong. There was a puppy pee accident about 5 years after purchase and R&B replaced the cushion insert for me at a very reasonable cost ($250?). [Insert loads of great finds over the years for me, friends, and family who I would shop for virtually and R&B would take payment over the phone.] Fast forward to yesterday, while back in MN for a visit, I popped over because the piece we wanted for our guest bedroom/office is delivering mid-Nov new, so I figured, why not check the outlet? LUCK! There she is, $1200 less than list, and if there is something wrong with her, I can't find it...even after an associate helped me move it around and look for issues. I'll probably drop back in today to see if there's any new stock on Sunday, just in case :)
