Saying, "there's three of you back here, why are you up here helping"(directed at an older female employee) the tone was very rude. This was after she had yelled at me a truck driving customer three times lol. I walked up to the Cinnabon counter and I mentioned how I wanted two mini buns(not knowing there was a set amount) , in a raised voice this manager or trainer whatever said "four or 8 that's it" I was taken aback worse than when someone on the road puts their lives in danger by cutting me off. I say "oh okay, I'll take four" and she doesn't say anything. She rings it up and asks in a loud aggressive tone, "ANYTHING ELSE?" I look at the phone mount in my hand but thought I had to ring it up at the non Cinnabon register, so I say "no that's it." She asks again even louder "ANYTHING ELSE!!!??" While holding her hand out to grab the phone mount before I could even react. I said "oh I thought I'd have to do it over there" She replies with the total, doesn't even acknowledge what I said. Then that's when she yelled at her employee that was helping behind the counter. This lady needs to be fired because her attitude ain't there. And that's just socially weird as fk. Also the diesel fuel pumps are fucking atrocious. There's diesel puddles everywhere including where my trucks pedals are because my shoes tracked 5 gallons of diesel into the truck

We've never had a propane heated house so we are not familiar with how fast the tank can be emptied but with the mild temperatures we've hand, it wasn't something we were keeping up on. When we went to the house to do some cleaning and painting last week the temperature in the house was 45 degrees! After checking the furnaces (we have two: one for the original house and one for the addition...strange) and seeing all seemed well, I checked the propane tank...it was totally empty! After recovering from a panic, we called Sagamore and were told that there was a truck in our area making deliveries and that they would get them there as soon as possible. 20 minutes later the truck pulled into the driveway! AMAZING! The driver was courteous but got straight to filling our tank so we could get the heat back on. We then signed up for Sagamore's monitoring service so that they would automatically send a truck out again when the tank gets to 25% capacity and this would never happen again. The lady on the phone also explained how we can schedule fill ups if we wanted to and when the best time of the year do so and get the best price on fuel. Sagamore simply has outstanding customer service and seems to truly care about their customers.

We need serious reforms for retailers to push for a healthier economic system where budget minded individuals can easily find options and stores can meet all wallets where they are. We have spent the last year and a half roaming the back roads of the high mountains of Western North Carolina, then a week exploring rural Kentucky and now a couple of weeks exploring rural Indiana. Overall, I have come to like country people a lot more than city people. They seem gentler and sweeter and calmer and more willing to just take people as they are. They tend to fall all over my sweet little dog - and to go out of their way to help others in general. In a couple of visits to this Walmart, I also have been impressed with this store. Somehow it seems less jangly and nervous-making than the typical Walmart. And people of been very sweet to my dog. But tonight I had an encounter with a young staff woman - who may actually have been the front end manager, God forbid - that burst my little bubble. This maybe 25-ish woman with long straight black hair - whose name tag I never did see - was actually quite attractive and I was prepared to like her. I went up to the two cashiers had been helpful to me a few minutes before and asked if I could get change for a dollar for the soda machine in the hall. What tells me that this woman may have been their manager was that she threw her voice above them to answer - in a tone of voice that was absolutely devoid of any element of human kindness - "No, sorry, we don't give change." That took me quite aback. It was two hours before closing time and they were not busy. It was - and it is - hard for me to believe that this could have literally been true, that she could not open a cash register or wait until one was open for a transaction and break a dollar bill for me. I was in a good mood and I sure did not want to let this young woman's snippiness ruin my good mood. She certainly wasn't worth me getting angry or self-righteous. But it was really clear that she did not feel sorry at all. She actually seemed enjoy telling an old white man that he couldn't buy a Pepsi. So I mustered all the sarcasm at my command and simply said, "Oh, you can't make change! What a concept. Big store like this does not have the power to break a dollar bill. How silly of me." My mechanic appointment is not until the day after tomorrow, so I may end up back in the store again. If I do go in again, I will certainly try to find out her name and talk to her manager. She does not belong in Lebanon and she does not belong in any role that features customer service. If, in fact, she is some kind of supervisor or front and manager, I really feel sorry for the people who have to work under her. It's pretty clear that flaunting her power is more important to her than human relationships.
