They close for 30 minutes to allow the single person working to take a break (which is fair and smart) but they never take their break during that 30 minute period. If you have an appointment at 1, expect to not be helped until 2 at the earliest, more likely 3.

They are not understanding or flexible what-so-ever and are only looking to take everyone's money and don't really care about much else. Their tests have a lot of spelling mistakes and they refuse to answer questions. Their main goal is to scare students before they take the state exam, saying how every possible mistake results in "failing." There is one good teacher, who is not one of the owners, who was the only saving grace. Get a CNA certification here only if you have no other options.

Just two of us this time, and the room is small enough that I don't think a full class would be intimidating. The instructor, Dave, is awesome. He's very passionate about it, but he's also very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. More than happy to answer questions and explain everything. Although not hard to get to, the building is set back in the parking lot, so if you don't see the sign at the road, mixed in with other signs, you'll miss it. I drove down 295 for the 6PM class and the traffic was heavy. Give yourself plenty of time and if you're early, there are several fast food places where you can grab some food while you wait. I have no complaints about this class and would highly recommend it to everyone.
