EDIT: I tried to post this review on their business page, but the owner, Carly Padgett, blocked me…read moreon Facebook, so I posted my review in our city community page instead. Carly's official response directly to my 1-star review of her botched practices was horrific and immature--as all her responses have been. Since I know she won't post that same official response to Yelp, I've included her reply as a photo besides these. I've also added a pic of my very nice, non-rusted, showerhead in the photos. My husband also called her on the phone to try and get our property damage claimed on her insurance, but she told him no and she emailed me that she will gatekeep her liability insurance from us until she personally determines whether our damage is worth claiming. So she's trying to act like an adjuster, which she has no education or authority to do and actively denying me access to pursue a claim through her liability insurance even though her website says "licensed & bonded" and this is literally the exact situation you'd disclose insurance info to a client for. REVIEW: Queen Bee Cleaning and I both agreed to 2 employees arriving at my home at 9am Monday to clean 3bd and 2bth for 4 hours at the price of $89. Though both cleaners were scheduled to arrive at 9am Monday per our agreed terms, one cleaner arrived at 10:30am, but still left around noon without finishing cleaning several areas of my home, which breaches the terms agreed to and warrants a discount on services rendered. On top of not adhering to providing 2 cleaners for 4 hours, one cleaner damaged my personal property while cleaning, and didn't finish cleaning the shower or my daughter's bedroom due to "time constraints" caused by their own tardiness. The owner admits fault for the late employee and the broken property but just discounted the horrific experience by $20 instead of issuing s full refund. The owner still demands $70 from me, claiming my shower damage isn't worth more than $20, even though she's not a professional plumber and isn't able to evaluate the scope of damage. I want a plumber to inspect our pipe to determine what further damage was caused, and instead of asking her for $115 for the service call I simply asked to be fully refunded the $70 and call it even. The owner refuses to refund me or pay for a plumber to inspect my damaged shower. She also refuses to acknowledge that only providing 5hrs of cleaning between 2 cleaners when I was promised 8hrs between 2 cleaners and leaving two rooms dirty is a breach of our agreement and also warrants a discount on top of fully covering all property damage.

Scammer: Charged my card 24 hours before Makaya cleaned the house and then didn't complete the job…read moreon 3/1. I was going to meet with her for an inspection Friday afternoon but she didn't get to the place to clean until noon-1 pm. I'm having the place cleaned for an elderly man who is re-locating to Missouri due to health issues. I too am elderly and have a couple disabilities that prevents me from doing the cleaning myself and driving after dark. Makaya didn't finish in time that I could make the hour drive in the dark. Today I went to inspect. She did a good job on the oven, refrigerator and cleaning the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen and dining room floor was not done. I get to the bathrooms, floor as not clean, I pulled out the vanity drawers, they had not been touched. I looked up the vanity and nothing under the vanity had been touched in either bathroom. Photo's below were taken day after she cleaned. This is a house that has been remodeled with fresh paint on the walls and baseboards and all new carpet. There's no construction debris. All that needed to be done in every bedroom is the window seals wiped down and the mini blinds wiped down. On the phone Makaya said no problem. I ask for the tile to be cleaned in the entry way, again she said no problem. She quoted her price and I agreed. Tile to entry way was not touched. Front door tile was not touched. When I text Makala she begin to back track on all we agreed on. I told her I expected a $50 credit back for doing her job. She insisted she could not do that. She never offered to come back and complete the job either. I'm going to file a compliant with the BBB. Caution, she talks a good plan but she will not follow thru. I'm going to try to dispute her charges and reduce her amount by $50. $50 was more than fair considering I had to finish her job. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very shady the way she charges before she does the work or inspected. By the way, I had a witness to the nasty left in the bathrooms. Just so happen a handyman was outdoors cleaning up, I ask him to come be a witness to the lousy cleaning job.
