I had heard a lot about Memsaab from friends and family. I'm assuming it's because of the way the shop has been marketed. The flagship store was opened in Luton, so generally people in and around the London area have heard of it. Thus, when it's mentioned people in the Midlands feel intrigued to visit.
When I did, I was disappointed. It's a very average shop with very average styled unstitched outfits.
I didn't find anything unique or unseen in other shops nearby. In fact, I found them to be a lot more expensive for clothes of synthetic fabrics, compared to other boutiques that sold similar embroidery on pure fabrics at a lesser price!
The staff members can come across as cold, but I doubt this is intentional. I think they just have an eye for browsers, who aren't made to feel very welcome! read more
