I emailed and called (no answer) the owners asking to reschedule or get a refund. They to have someone bring my kids and drop them off! When I didn't think was a good idea Then offered to reschedule the kids night for an extra $30! For the 2nd event they told me to find someone to go in my place and refused to reschedule it. I asked them if I could just send someone to pickup the items so I could do them at home and they refused that. Then told me to send someone in my place, however when I tried to send a friend they then told me they didn't make my piece so I forfeited my spot. I ended up having to dispute it through my bank & then received nasty emails from the owners saying I better not step foot in there again. This is after I sent proof of my hospital stay! I would never spend a dime here & I hope I get my $150 back! To have to deal with this while being admitted, missing 2 weeks of work in this economy is dreadful.
