We had our work Christmas party here. Everyone had a great time! I loved how we could each choose a different stencil unlike most places.

I booked an event with my children and one with my bestfriend in the same week. I ended up in the hospital septic with no idea when I was being discharged. I emailed and called (no answer) the owners asking to reschedule or get a refund. They to have someone bring my kids and drop them off! When I didn't think was a good idea Then offered to reschedule the kids night for an extra $30! For the 2nd event they told me to find someone to go in my place and refused to reschedule it. I asked them if I could just send someone to pickup the items so I could do them at home and they refused that. Then told me to send someone in my place, however when I tried to send a friend they then told me they didn't make my piece so I forfeited my spot. I ended up having to dispute it through my bank & then received nasty emails from the owners saying I better not step foot in there again. This is after I sent proof of my hospital stay! I would never spend a dime here & I hope I get my $150 back! To have to deal with this while being admitted,missing 2 weeks of work in this economy is dreadful. read more

My BFF was coming into town so I bought the Black Friday gift certificates knowing I would use them while she was in town. They are a fantastic deal! Because they had to shut down due to COVID, we had to wait till this next visit but they honored the gift certificates and we got a session booked. We were the first session without masks, it was glorious! Paige was our main instructor and since it was just the two of us and another group of 4 women we got loads of help and attention. We loved how are projects turned out. We thought the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The timing was perfect. The suggestion were on point. It was super fun! Great atmosphere. We had a blast! We would do it again and we recommend to anyone. read more

This is a great place to bring your family or work team! We booked the charcuterie class and it was about 6 of us! We got to make small charcuterie boards then made our actual boards! The activity was fun! I was sad that they didn't have the handles in due to back order but I'll def be back! read more

This place is terrific for a date! All the projects are wooden, and they teach you the techniques to create something worthy of showing off! The staff is super helpful, attentive, and FUN! If you want to bring a bottle of wine, and have a sip while you create, that is allowed too! We will definitely be back again. read more

I booked a reservation for an event two weeks ahead of time. Less than 24 hours after booking I had a personal emergency arise and could no longer attend. I immediately reached out and was told I could not get a refund and would need to rebook for another time. When I suggested I simply pick up the board and stencil and do the project at home, I was told that was not an option. I understand policy, but it seems to me customer service and repeat business should be important as well. They can keep my fee for this workshop, but they will never get my business again. read more

It's mutual that we wouldn't want to work together again on an event and I'm good with that.

We had such a great time at board and brush! Our 'assistant' Jackie wasn't the most fun and it was hard for her to keep up, it seemed. She was very much concerned with another male assistant coming over to our table. But he was only helping us -- we had actually asked him a question! They all work there so what's it matter?
