Bill was very responsive when I texted or called with questions. The Estate sale went well, and Bill was prompt with paying us the balance due after his fees. Bill also organized an auction for the many guns my brother-in-law had collected. It went well, and again, Bill was prompt with payment. He also hooked us up with a gun store in Albuquerque that could arrange to mail 3 rifles my husband wanted from his brother's collection to a local gun store near us. I highly recommend Thunderbird Estate Sales if you need that sort of service! Thank you, Bill! Nancy M

From our very first interaction, our experience with their team, particularly with Kim, was nothing short of exceptional. Kim not only demonstrated an impressive degree of politeness and unwavering professionalism but also exhibited profound knowledge and clear expertise regarding the intricate estate sale process. We were especially grateful for Kim's remarkably swift turnaround in conducting the initial comprehensive walkthrough of the home, which efficiently determined the feasibility and scope of the sale. Moving forward with their services was seamless, underscored by a transparent and equitable 60/40 split agreement, which instilled immediate confidence. Subsequently, the dedicated team from "A Touch of Class" meticulously handled every detail, from the precise pricing of each item to the artful staging of the entire collection. Their efficient, respectful, and thoroughly professional approach to preparation was truly remarkable, culminating in a highly successful and well-attended three-day estate sale. We were profoundly impressed by their adept capability to manage the entire complex process with such a high degree of expertise, sensitivity, and organizational finesse. We wholeheartedly and confidently recommend "A Touch of Class Estate Sales by Don" to any individual or family requiring reliable, compassionate, and supremely professional estate sale assistance during what can often be a very difficult period. Once I signed the contract, couldn't do a thing. Was recommended by my community, but they remembered when a woman owned it and she was wonderful; came to our community many times with excellent results. No one will use him now, he isn't allowed here. Paul wasn't just rude to me but rude to the management at our community building. His people were there several days early getting ready. I live across the street, so I video taped those folks carrying things out to their car. Pretty "sketchy" people. Paul states that those items were paid for. BULL. He brought in so much of his own CRAP to sell that you could hardly see the antiques available or all the other lovely items. I told him NOT TO SET UP in the back room, as there was a mold issue. He disregarded it and when I told him to get the stuff out of there due to health and legal issues with customers, he turned into a complete ass. When all over, many of our items didn't sell (PRICES WAY TOO HIGH) and in the end, floors were scratched. Of course no comment from Paul. After speaking with many other estate sale groups in Albuquerque I found out that none of them have much respect for him. They have heard these stories over and over. I go to estate sales, and tell the story. No one is surprised! Paul has owned this business for around 5 years. It's not even in his name due to some issue with his last business. This guy is a rip off! DON'T USE HIM. He kept 60% and took the remaining items. A couple of unprofessional "liquidators" were there a few days to collect what was left. Coming in late at night, needed to call me to get through the gate, unprepared for the load. Paul really scrapes the bucket for his workers! WISH I used the first company I contacted, but they didn't have a schedule that worked for me. The homeowner was very quickly placed in a nursing home due to medical issues and I had to sell her assets as quickly as I could. Didn't know how screwed we'd be. Paul is a total ass -- karma is definitely waiting for him. Again, NONE of his peers will have anything to do with him. SAVE YOURSELF -- GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!!! :^{ Punk in pink shoes.

Same family decided to use him to help clean a house (note tenant is NOT deceased), and David told person picked by tenant be in charge of the clean not part of project or stay out of the project. (went against tenant terms, defined under State Law of New Mexico). CLEARLY he is not expert in doing the clean-out tasks, especially not aware with state law of New Mexico with living peoples.
