Nobody in the store knows where my order is. Finally at 9pm.. they bring me the wrong one. Late at night, in the rain. I tell them take it. They say keep it and call tomorrow. They promise my sofa will be delivered same day, but no it wasn't our brand new handmade one it was the one on display because it arrived with no tags and my family can't stop sneezing From all the dust coming out of it. I call to get a refund and they say they are keeping a 25% return fee. 25% of $2650???! So y'all want to keep $600 for me not getting what I want!? Now my options I'm stuck with a piece of furniture my family is allergic to or I'm out of $600. That's crazy work. They are very unprofessional as well!!!! I pay $2650 for a living room set it should be delivered no issues AT ALL. But there were so many I can't count. BAD BUSINESS!!
