This is a medium-sized store in a spacious, well-lit building. It's pretty well organized and there's no musty thrift store smell. However, the inventory is somewhat limited, especially in the housewares/decor department upstairs. The shelves seem understocked and the items that are there seemed a bit sad and overpriced -- lots of plastic tumblers and cheap-looking items. One nice touch is that they have separate racks for men's and women's aloha shirts and Hawaiian dresses, so if you're looking for vintage Hawaiian apparel, it's easy to spot! Shirts were in the $5-10 range and dresses were $10-15+. Some seem like they might be hotel or tourism uniforms, but others looked hand-sewn and had interesting fabric designs, so it's worth digging through. They advertised "Aloha Fridays" where aloha shirts are buy one, get one 50% off. They do have colored-tag discounts and sales at this store, though prices seemed generally somewhat high for what they had. Overall, an OK store and worth checking out if you're thrifting around the Kailua-Kona area, especially if you're interested in aloha shirts and dresses.
