We made a decision, ordered and it was delivered free within a month. Hand made and such good quality and so comfortable, worth the expense. We were glad we had given our trade to a local independant rather than some of the larger well known bed shops where the service is not as personal. I went in clueless about beds and mattresses and came out feeling like I've been in the industry for many years. Purchased a solid bed which they have clearly invested a lot in, which is the benefit of UK manufacturing I suppose.They also arranged a fast track, premier delivery service at no extra cost which is very rare in the furniture industry. Recently contacted them to purchase for my guest room and received the same quality and efficient service which brings me to write a review. Very impressed!! Bed got delivered a few weeks after my order the delivery guys were very helpful and as I opted for the Premier Delivery Service it was taken to the room of my choice and packaging taken way for recycling,they also took my old bed away which saved us the hassle of disposing of it. My wife and I went for lunch today. The staff behind the counter were surly and abrupt. This just encourages people to queue jump and there were no pre warning notices. It was agreed that I sit down only for the other to say the same thing, equally as abrupt and surly. The stroganoff was advertised as just that. It was not said what it came with. I rather liked the roast potatoes and veg rather than rice. Rice was plonked on the plate without asking and pots were only added grudgingly. The place was full. They did not seem to care. Complacent would be a good way to describe them. The food was good. The customer service is very poor indeed.
