We had Night Owl at our wedding for 4 hours - they were incredible!…read more 1) We reached out almost a year in advance of our wedding to book Night Owl and communication with Oran was stellar from start to finish. 2) Loved that we were able to utilize custom photo strip designs - we were able to choose one that matched the rest of our wedding theme. We also loved that Night Owl does not limit the number of prints that you get. 3) Oran was the individual who managed the photo booth the night of our wedding! He was personable and our guests raved about his energy, demeanor, and professionalism. 4) Unfortunately there was a mishap with the original backdrop that we selected, but Oran was ready with alternatives and also provided other services for free as compensation. 5) Quality of the photos was fantastic! Their flower walls are gorgeous--some companies use cheap-looking materials, but theirs are beautiful in person and photograph so well. We've used them multiple times: for our engagement party in July 2024, my grandma's 80th birthday in October 2024, and most recently for our wedding reception on May 25th, 2025 in Novato. For the wedding, we did a photo booth setup and it was a huge hit! The props were fun, the setup looked amazing, and our guests loved it. The team is incredibly easy to work with--super responsive, accommodating, always on time, and everything is clean and well taken care of. I have not been reached back out to from this company. I had another vendor tell us to let go of cupkeyk as a vendor if I haven't heard back. It is unprofessional to not get back to a customer, especially one who would will be paying atleast $1.5k. If they haven't responded to get my business, I can only imagine how hard it would be to contact them if I hired them as a vendor. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.
