Ok so I'd rather that my deductible is applied to the lesser amount. I've also had X-Rays done that have been a fraction of the cost I would have paid in a hospital. They have an open MRI for those that need this type of machine due to phobias. I think that this MRI might have been the most thorough that I ever had. The test I had was 45 minutes without contrast. The last 15 minutes I was injected the contrast and I did not feel it. I think the technicians name is MaryAnn, she had angel hands. Tip: If you have any past MRI's done take them in so that they have something to compare it to. Remove all jewelry, stay still so that the images are clear, make sure you use the restroom beforehand. Make sure you let them know how thankful you are that they are their to help you.

I recently just gave birth to my first baby. I was in full on panic mode when I found out we…read more were expecting. UH Westshore Women's Health instantly put my worries to ease. Every person I dealt with at the office was extremely caring and professional. They have someone on call at all hours to answer worrisome questions. They are busy and try to get you in and out as quick as possible. This is nice because who likes waiting around at the doctors office? Especially during a pandemic. As fast as they are I still felt like they took all the time needed to answer any quedtions or concerns. I didn't feel like just a number there. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brandwie and Dr. Kerr. I also saw a couple of midwives for follow up appointments and thought they were top notch as well. The location and parking are really easy to access.

I like the open MRI because I don't like. Eing closed up in tha round machine. Since I was having the MRI on my neck, I had to be all the way in the machine. Some nice music was playing and I kept dosing off. Once started, i was only in there for about 20 minutes and then it was over. I waited maybe 5 minutes and she handed me the disc of my scans. The Womb Wellness Center offers an incredible place for your pregnancy and postpartum journey. I…read morefirst went early in my pregnancy for a prenatal massage because I was experiencing some SI pain and went back a few times for massages throughout my pregnancy because of how wonderful I felt after each one. Every encounter with the front desk and massage therapists left me feeling relaxed and like I got what I needed. I loved that the therapists were very knowledgeable about prenatal massages and I got a great massage/pressure. We also reached out to them for information about birth doulas, and we connected with Risa. Risa was incredibly helpful during our prenatal and labor times and as an outreach in postpartum. Being first-time parents, we had open conversations about what to expect with birth which helped us shape our preferences while knowing things could change at any time; they provided an incredible opportunity for us to ask questions and talk through concerns as we came closer to our due date; and when it came time for delivery, we knew exactly how to contact Risa and be sure of what we needed. At the hospital, having her by our side helped immensely through her vast knowledge and expertise. Risa kept us calm and ready with a positive, upbeat energy and helped navigate obstacles with our medical team as they came up and checked in with us postpartum to see how we were adjusting. We will absolutely recommend Risa to any friends looking for a doula.
