I contacted them because of good reviews and an appealing website. I told them right at the beginning that it was for 40 people and I wanted desserts only. They sent me a price sheet (listing multiple items sold by the dozen). I called with a few more logistic questions and the rep told me "we don't sell just a (a = one in my world) dozen of anything," so when I sent in my order I ordered two dozen of multiple items. She never said I could only order ONE item for that small of a group. I got an email back saying "Thank you so much for your time, but I don't think that we will be able to accommodate this." More than a week has gone by since initial contact and now I'm back to square one to find a caterer in Toledo who can provide excellent desserts. Their food might be great - I can't attest to that. But word-of-mouth is a caterer's livelihood, and I simply cannot sit back and not make others aware of poor customer service.

Many of our guests had different food allergies, and they were able to accommodate us as best as they could. Everything was wonderful, and people raved about the food. The team was very professional; they showed up on time and had the food ready to go. Prices were also very reasonable, which we really appreciated since we were planning a wedding on a budget. It was definitely worth it. We had Vanessa as our private caterer, and she was incredibly kind to every single guest. She even helped my mom set up an entire dessert table that my mom had prepared separately. Vanessa didn't have to do that, but she was willing to help. We got boneless white meat, thin, dry, tasteless. tasted like chicken from a tv dinner. The salad ran out, not all of the guests got salad. We were told when we first met with caterer that she would bring salt and pepper. There wasn't any salt or pepper. Also she had told us they would keep the food warm as long as people were eating. They did not do this. SO disappointing, but thankful that the wedding/reception was a success even though the catereing service and food was poor.

I informed her that I had not received the proposal in my spam or portal, and she promised to resend it the next day. However, by January 17, I still had not received anything. I followed up again on March 1, 2026, hoping for some progress. Despite the ongoing communication issues, I was drawn to their work because of the beautiful photos and event space they showcased on Instagram. I really wanted to use their services. On March 2, I finally received a response from Stephen, who explained Katie was attending a conference but assured me I would get the proposal within a few days, no later than the end of that week. Now, 20 days later, I have received no proposal and no further follow-up. I am left with no choice but to look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. I cannot comment on their food or event space because I was never able to utilize their services.
