Probably one of the worst experiences you can have if you lose a loved one. We had a close friend…read morepass suddenly and we all grew up in Muskogee. Our friend left a message for the home and got a call back from an unnamed person. He returned the call and was maybe the most unsympathetic person alive at that point. He didn't say his company, what he did or anything. Just his name and said he was returning a call. He then proceeded to say that his body won't be in Muskogee until Monday or Tuesday (medical examiner case) and that she needed to make up her mind at that point. He didn't offer one word of condolence or show any empathy over the fact that a loved one died. And this isn't even all the details of the conversation. I want them to treat their clients like how they would want to be treated if their mom/dad/sibling died. When you deal with death every day, it's easy to forget that you will be in that situation eventually.
