While I was never a patient there, St.Vincent's has been phenomenal in taking care of my boyfriend and my Mother when they had issues. It never dawned on me that behind the hospital in the Joe Adams building they were seeing people for everyday care. I went in and the staff were so friendly, seeing that I was a new patient. I had requested they send me all the new patient paperwork in the mail so that I could fill it out ahead of time, especially the medical records transfer and they did this in a matter of days. I waited maybe 10 minutes before I was called back. My new doctor, Dr. Katie Longo, might be slightly younger than me but she was so helpful an courteous. We reviewed all my old records and anything that may have come up since my last doctor's visit and she put everything in the system. She also informed me that I don't need certain exams as often as I had been going prior. I wish my old doctor had told me that. I could have saved myself unnecessary trips. I really like her and I love how it's so close to me now. I would definitely recommend this doctor's office to anyone.

Literally waited 3 hours in a room to be seen. Then one of the medical assistants brought us to another room which was for a procedure to have her stent removed. Waited another 20 mins to be told we have to go back to the regular room because the dr needed to talk to us first. Then, waited another 20mins for the dr to finally come just to tell us she can't even have the procedure done today. So basically, we came for nothing and waited 3 1/2 hours for NOTHING.
