Realtors would call over 20 times to get answers on the loan, only to find that it will not work or the company does not know what they are doing. It is a horrible experience. For the new employee. Be careful about who you trust here. Do not let the words "we are a family" fool you. Expect to carry on triple of what you were hired to do. Most things they say will change. There is no structure here, no flexibility, high-cost benefits, and you will be underpaid. I have even heard of a few employees missing money on their paychecks, a very sad thing. Steer clear of this place because no one really knows what's going on. For the current employee. You deserve better, go out there and get a new job. I am not sure the truth of why he never could close my loan. I am a registered nurse never been with out a job and have really good credit. I have worked for the same hospital for 3 years and most of those three years held a second job. I make plenty of money. I had back surgery in may and was injured on the job my workers compensation is guaranteed pay more so than just my job. I also get short term disability again making plenty of money verifiable! I waited three months .... then suddenly was told that he couldn't close my Loan because I didn't have a job !? I am so confused ! I have a job I have documentation and I have income !? Don't use this guy I don't know what the truth is but I went to another company who had no problem getting me a refi at a great rate within 1 month ....
