I was never more disappointed in a professional than with this law firm. The last charge to my account was September 2021 with a balance due. It is now May 2022 and I received a bill. The bill arrived 8 months after my last charge and 3 months after they were fired. Glad to move on. Not satisfied with the quality or quantity of work performed. I recommend you go elsewhere. This is a sample of a communication from October 2021: I contracted with you in April 2021 to resolve the aforementioned issues. As of October 20, 2021, not one issue has been resolved. I asked you if there would be a conflict of interest with either the Association or the Managing agent that would prohibit you from representing me. 1. Our roof has not been repaired. (9 months) 2. I have no direct line of communication with our Board of Directors. (9 months) 3. The Board of directors has not been forthcoming with any evidence of a Pet violation. (8 months) 4. I have not received either approval or denial of a satellite installation (5 months) The rules and regulations clearly state that the Board of Directors must approve prior to installation - see attachment 5. I asked if I had sufficient legal standing to take the Board of Directors to court to recuperate my legal fees - No response (4 Months) June 27th communication Nine months may not be a lengthy amount of time for you. When your property has been damaged and you are accused of wrongdoing nine months is an eternity. Not one issue has been resolved. If you are unable to produce results or merely answer my questions then you leave me no other choice.

This attorney initially filed a broad case which was to encompass all parties who were responsible for the torture which I endured. However the attorney made some serious errors in his broadscope filing which forced a portion of the case to be lost leaving only wrong doing conducted by some. Despite these errors and my repeated pleas for him to act upon my case he failed to do any work on the file until late 2024. This resulted in one of my witnesses dying without being deposed or getting us wrong statement from them. I have one remaining witness for which this attorney still has not gotten a sworn statement to this day as far as I know. I say as far as I know because this attorney has refused to communicate with me for many many months up until a letter I received in mid-January telling me what he felt like telling me regarding my case but not realizing that the date of his letter was already past the date of the filing deadlines for the submission of important evidence. If it wasn't for another attorney reviewing the case due to this attorney's non-communication I would not have found out about this error. This attorney then scrambled to get the filing deadline extended but at the same time has made clear that he has quit my case and if I communicate with him again he will have me charged with a crime. You will not give up the case to another attorney for any reasonable share of the fee and he will not account for his time which has caused the case to lose valuable remaining time. This attorney is the most unethical person in my opinion that I have ever met who holds the title of officer of the Court. I urge you to look up my Google review of this attorney. I will attempt to attach photos of his deplorable communications to this review. It is already posted on Google. The attached letter is dated January 15th 5 months after this attorney has broken off communication with me and 6 days past the filing deadline for the experts he described needing in this email. Additionally I signed the contingency fee agreement with this attorney were costs would be deducted from the award and this attorney is demanding tens of thousands of dollars from me in order to proceed with the case. In my opinion you need to look elsewhere for a more competent attorney who cares about you and your outcome.
