It is very difficult to get anything done when the attorney is non responsive. Our mutual customers have cited the same concern. It is an absolute necessity to work as a team during a real estate transaction. Mr Meltzer never returned one of my phone calls. He would only communicate via email taking several days to respond. I was not informed of the closing date and time and never asked for brokerage documents to complete the closing paperwork. If you have the option, choose another real estate attorney to represent you in the largest purchase anyone can make.

Attorney Masel........Richard is going to retire soon so when i contacted him he did not remember me or the case he helped me with.The police never came back nor did my noisey manager.
