He struggled to open the aluminum railing packages so I gave him a kitchen knife to open them. He unpacked 2 of the 7 railing packages and wanted to see what needed to be done on the front porch also. He then said he had to leave for 15 minutes to get a special saw to cut the railings to size and would be right back. I knew at that point he would not return because he lives at least 30 minutes away. He left, never returned and has yet to answer my November 26th query about his return. The only reason for the second star is because he actually showed up.

Having a metal roof, cleaning it shows a much prettier look after a good pressure wash. Castro's had the gear to safely wash the high pitched roof and the three guys on the job did a very professional cleaning and clean up. All the leaves, pine needles were blown into the yard (the yard is all bushes/woods) and the price was more than fair.
