He struggled to open the aluminum railing packages so I gave him a kitchen knife to open them. He unpacked 2 of the 7 railing packages and wanted to see what needed to be done on the front porch also. He then said he had to leave for 15 minutes to get a special saw to cut the railings to size and would be right back. I knew at that point he would not return because he lives at least 30 minutes away. He left, never returned and has yet to answer my November 26th query about his return. Since I don't live there full time Ashley said they would accommodate my schedule. I called Ashley on Monday morning the 9th of September and asked If they could do the Job that week. Ashley ordered the materials that day and on Tuesday they were delivered. The follow day Brett showed up before 7:00 am with a crew of 5 to do the Job. By 4:00 they had the Job finished.
