Additionally, after I paid Rob in a check, he called me and said he needed cash because "he left his ID at Lowe's" and "he doesn't have a bank account." I refused and asked him to return the check when he returned the next day. He returned the check and I gave him the equivalent in cash. He and his partner disappeared for about 5 hours and returned after I called him again. After they returned at 5:30 p.m. and worked for about 3 hours, the dryer didn't work at all and they had no idea why. Instead of dealing with this like professionals and saying they were not able to repair it and refund me my money, they simply left. They literally just left my house without saying anything and left my dryer in pieces. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS GUY. He has no ethics; he is clearly uneducated for appliance repair; and his business practices are highly questionable.

Very sloppy work. This was a new construction house so everything was new. Crew had paint over…read morespray on brand new concrete garage floor, black hinges of doors, paint splatter on ceilings, splotches on trim, caulking wasn't smoothed and they didn't let it dry before painting so it started cracking a few days after the job. I tried communicating the mistakes with Keith and he got defensive each time, telling me he's never had a complaint. I walked through the house with the crew AND we taped areas that needed addressed and they still weren't corrected. When they took the entry door off of the hinges (which never should have happened) they damaged the door putting it back on. There were sections of the wall that they missed all together. His price was higher than others yet much of the work has to be redone. Overall poor workmanship and worse customer service.
