Easily the worst contractor I have ever seen. The owner is about 19 years old, he smelled like body…read moreodor, and I watched in horror as he demonstrated several times that he can't read or write. He was really struggling to read measurements and he had to ask us for help a bunch of times. When he showed up and introduced himself as the boss I thought he was joking. I kept waiting for the real foreman to step out of the truck but nope, he's actually trying to run a contractor business. Ok then. You might also want to keep the racism and homophobia toned down when the homeowner can clearly hear you. Nobody wants to hear what you think about people of color and homosexuals. On top of all that, was the work at least competent? It went about as well as you're expecting. I had to find a real contractor to fix the steps. He thought I did it myself with YouTube and he was horrified someone got paid for the job. I am a senior citizen and he felt so bad he fixed it for free. This isn't an actual contractor. It's just a kid with a truck. Do yourself a favor and find ANYONE else.
