A guy (probably a shift lead or manager) comes from the back being loud and obnoxious clearly annoying the other employees and us during our shopping experience. He proceeds to start pulling shoes for my friend and tells the girl that was helping us to get all of those shoes for her, the girl proceeded to say "but that's not what she's looking for" and he replied with "oh I don't care what she wants it matters what I want for her" mind you we don't know this person and we felt really uncomfortable and he proceeded to try to talk to us like if he was an acquaintance of ours. Asking me why I was quiet and looked annoyed which I told him not to bug me, we were very disappointed with how he was with us and the other employees there and left the store to buy shoes that the vans store next door. Their billing system doesn't have a display facing the customer , so you don't really know what they are billing . I specifically asked the counter service lady if there's no display for me to verify and they booth she said she would tell me the price of each item at billing she didn't . And come home and I saw I was billed twice for one item amount 32$ and then I had to go and explain the issue and almost denying that I even bought anything 2 days ago as their system didn't show anything . Then they seemed confused if I returned some stuff which was non returnable but then one of the h ladies came and she went in the back of the store to verify if I was telling the truth I think by going to brought the cctv footage . She came back after a few minutes and apologized for the double billing mistake . I was glad Atleast she verified and processed a return amount . I was relieved that atleast that saved me a call to cc company to cancel the charge. This just left a bad taste in my mouth for future trips .
