And the cake and icing was so very delicious- firm, moist and flavorful vanilla cake that she dyed yellow (because that's what the kiddo wanted), and the homemade buttercream icing was not too sweet with a lovely layer of lemon cream between the 2 layers of cake. My hard to please 15 year old was so tickled that she even made the cake into a heart shape (which I didn't request but Sara thought would be cute) to go along with the Sabrina Carpenter theme she wanted for the cake and her birthday.
