I ended up calling myself and literally had to "prod" for answers about how everything went. Only got "they did well" and no details of anything. I know no news is good news, but I could've used a little more detail instead of one word answers and me being the only one talking. The icing on the cake was when our dogs came home, the one who was w other dogs got EXTREMELY sick and the other who was in private play caught the bug 24 hours later from the first. We know anxiety poops after change of scenery/boarding/etc. this was NOT that and our vet needed to prescribe antibiotics because it continued to last into a week and wasn't getting any better. They stress that they are an open facility and you are welcome to stop by unannounced during business hours. I also have to say that, the manager Ashley and the owners are exceptional people. A day or two after we picked up our dog, we noticed she had a deep cut inside of her cheek. I assume that this happened during daycare by accident during playtime. Since it was deep inside her mouth it likely went unnoticed. We contacted the manager and she was very concerned and willing to help. She and the owners worked with us regarding this situation and I am extremely pleased with how they handled it. I don't think most daycares would have been as accommodating and helpful. The owners really care about their customers and their dogs and their customer service was unparalleled. We will definitely be bringing our dog back for daycare and boarding. I could tell from the webcam that our dog had an absolute blast.

I took the chance and showed up for my requested unconfirmed appt and luckily it was our correct appt time. All this being said, I stayed for my babies appt and I could tell that was awkward for them but if you don't answer the phone I'm not leaving my pet with you ever. They were kind to me regardless. Our groomer did an amazing job and they really do take the time to make your baby a priority. I think hiring a secretary full time would really make a difference in the reviews.
