We felt Michelle gave us the best chance to win with every offer we submitted. When our offer wasn't accepted, she had relationships with seller agents to provide feedback back to us on why we didn't win. This level of communication and feedback was extremely helpful with keeping us sane in this crazy market. During the process, Michelle offered helpful advice and guidance on neighborhoods, home conditions, inspectors and more.

Her advice in how to present and stage it was so on point and her patience and updates along the way (since we were obviously anxious) really gave us peace. She also helped us purchase the new home we are now living in and we couldn't have found a better "diamond in the rough" that we can put our touch on. Reinae has given us more great advice there since it's a 100 yr old home. We trust her implicitly and I don't take that lightly with investments of this size. If she's available and able to help you, don't miss out on working with her.

My house was in TX, but I live in CA. I thought it would be a challenge to deal with the house remotely, but she took care of all the arrangements, including the final walkthrough with my tenants, repairs and renovations. I watched the market for several months prior to listing my house. Interest rates were high, demand was low, and houses in my neighborhood were sitting on the market for weeks and months. But Reinae is an expert in her field, and knew what to do to get the house ready for sale. With her guidance, I decided to make some repairs and update the floors and paint. My house was listed on a Thursday and I accepted an offer (for the listing price) 3 days later. We closed less than a month later. Something I really appreciated is her ability to give me advice without being pushy. She armed me with information and made sure I knew all my options, but she respected my opinion and supported any decisions I made. On the other end of the spectrum, when I needed guidance and someone to help me make decisions, she stepped up and helped me come to a decision with confidence. Lastly, she is a good person. She is a professional woman with a successful business, but there's a lot of heart behind her work.

This year, we went to an open house on our own and texted her on Easter Sunday that we wanted to make an offer. She jumped right in, helped us navigate a multiple-offer situation, and we got the house. A few months later, she helped us sell my first house in a much tougher market. She helped us figure out what was actually worth doing before listing and how to price it, and we were under contract by the end of the first weekend. Her whole team was great to work with, too. Haley on the buying side and Candy on the selling side were ON IT with emails, information, deadlines and every question we threw at them, no matter how asinine. We've now bought two houses and sold one with Nicole, across some very different Austin markets. The fact that we've gone back to her every time probably says it best. We'd absolutely work with her and her team again.

Cherie helped us find new-home site locations, interview different builders, compare pros and cons, and most importantly kept us organized. Once we selected a builder, she was our biggest ally. She was at every meeting asking questions we would never have thought to ask all the while taking thorough notes while an enormous amount of information was being thrown at us. During our build process we would tour the home with Cherie making sure any of our structural and design specifications were complete and exactly what we wanted. She was also with us at our final walkthrough to help us inspect the house for any issues that needed to be brought to our builder's attention before we started the purchase process. She didn't miss a thing! There would have been no way to get through this experience without Cherie. Her knowledge, organization, and attention to our needs took an experience that started off extremely overwhelming and turned it into an experience we thoroughly enjoyed. All thanks go to Cherie and her incredible skills. We are going on our third year in our home and still love it just as much as the first day we walked in. We've been in contact with Cherie as well - the neighborhood we decided to build in was the newest phase of the community she was already a part of. We can see her in action as an involved member of the community. She's attended every community event she is able toting goodies, raffle contests with prizes for all, and has supported or spearheaded various donation programs that get our whole community involved. We are very fortunate to have Cherie on our side. She will be our only choice when we are ready for our next home adventure!
