I went to his website and sent him a "Do No Contact Me Anymore" message. To this day, I still get contacted by him, even though I have hired another Realtor and I have told him I hired someone else. David will stalk you and harass you with with phone calls. It is to the point where I am going to have to get the cops involved if he does not stop. I love the fact that he asks, "Is there anyone you know that needs help selling a home?" Well, There is a Realtor at my Church that has a Austin Office and a California office. I think we are good there. I would not wish Mr. Raesz on my worst enemy. He is very pushy and will not take no for an answer. I have heard similar stories from other people who considered hiring him.
