I don't have a deductable and they insisted that I had to pay that upfront. I understand the reason why. The next time I walked in, I was immediately told my co-pay when I asked about the the credit I have on the account, the girl looked at me really confused, she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about while the girl next to her was telling another patient about having to pay for an appointment as well as the co-pay. I presented my insurance statement showing that it was paid (a few weeks ago) and she walked away somewhat confused. She said she wouldn't charge "This Co-pay" and I couldn't get a clear answer as to when I would be seein a credit on my credit card.

Little to no bedside manner. She barely made eye contact with me & was stone cold. NO expression on her face. Mind you, I suffer from anxiety & panic disorder, so having to re-tell all my stories is hard for me. BUT in order to get my meds refilled, I needed to be seen by her. I didn't feel like she cared, AT ALL. But, again, i needed my medication (it's a heart medication. Regulating my heart prevents panic attacks, because they can get really bad). She ended up refilling my prescription. I reached out to the office letting them know I recently moved. In the middle of moving, I misplaced my medication somewhere. It's very important for me to have this medication as preventative measure - as I am a mother of two, i work full time, & I'm in school. My load on a daily basis is HEAVY, & I need to be able to get through the day. I reached out to them 2 days ago. For some ODD reason, their Medical assistant sent my request to their NP, Daniel. Daniel rejected my request because "he was uncomfortable approving it since he's never seen me." THAT'S A QUOTE FROM THEIR FRONT DESK. So i'm thinking, WHY would you send it to him then? the MA has absolute access to see that I've only been seen by the dr?????? So, he rejects my request & sends it to Dr. Rouhi that same day (Tuesday). She didn't open in that day. The following day, Wednesday, she's in the office all day - also does not see my request. How can the NP see my request hours after it's sent to him, but over 24 hours later, the dr still has not seen it? I called the office today, Thursday. "Dr. Rouhi is not in the office today" is what I'm told. The fact that it's been 48 hours since I've sent the request; the doctor has not seen it, the dr is not even in the office today - is just WILD to me. This is a HEART medication. I've ended up in the ER because of my panic attacks, & they'd rather have that happen than check their messages or do the basic thing - like send it to the person who's treated the patient. So much negligence, & I understand things happen sometimes. But with all due respect, when it comes to patient care, you have little room for negligence. That's why their doctors - they get paid to do this. This is not a mistake of scheduling my appt at the wrong time; this is my LIFE. I need my medication. And now I'm either gonna end up in the ER or have to wait for her to potentially approve or deny my refill lol they are such a joke. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. I've never had a problem like this with ANY other PCP. Unfortunately for me, my favorite PCP's are either retired or no longer in network. But you can BET YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR I am SWITCHING PCPs! Dr. Saad had great reviews and many years of experience and when we saw how well she was able to work with our child who had an ear infection we knew we would be seeing her for the foreseeable future. The office is very clean and they even have different entrances for sick patients vs. Not. The staff is super friendly and our son quickly made friends with everyone there! There is plenty of parking, but the only problem is that it can take about 15-20 minutes to get to the correct third floor entrance from the parking lot on a quiet day. We would recommend arriving to the parking structure at least 30 minutes just to be on the safe side. Overall we were very satisfied with the care and service of PVMG!

Literally will answer any question and even scheduled a telehealth as a follow up when I changed medications. Highly highly recommend the entire office, Dr. Sher is the best too, he is just harder to schedule due to all the specialties. Hardly a wait anymore and I'm usually in and out within 30-40 min.
