My dining room was a wreck and was starting to look like a storage area that needed to be put on Hoarders. They organized it all and cleaned. I can finally have dinner at my dining room table again without being overwhelmed with stress. They even cleaned my fridge out. Everything was down and handled amazingly well, I've now set up a bi monthly cleaning schedule with them. My roof had been severely damaged and another company had replaced it but did a terrible job. I got their name from my cousin who had said they were really good and honest. He was right! I had gone through a couple of companies that simply failed to show up to even provide an estimate. Since 2019 to today, they have made repairs on my NEW 2018 roof a total of 4 times. (Each time in a different spot.) They've also replaced both of my doors and even done some interior work for me. I sued the original roofing company which dragged on for four years. During that time, any time I had questions or needed anything, A-Team Exteriors were always there to help. They have been very fair in their pricing and once I can afford to replace my roof in its entirety they will be the ones to do the work. I simply won't trust anyone else!

He was honest, upfront, and clear on the options and his recommendations. He didn't do the "up sell" thing you would expect from any rep selling a job. He did the opposite and told me when my roof was last repaired, what needed done and broke everything down simple enough for it to make sense. To top it all off (after multiple reps) he beat competitor prices by a fair margin. If you call this fine establishment for any business you wont be dissatisfied! I spoke with Allen who was very friendly and professional. I had a pleasant conversation with him. I explained what was going on and he had Brianna call me to go over everything. Brianna was very thorough and professional. She quoted me a price to repair my roof and she sent Josh out to my house this past Saturday. When he arrived he took time to answer all my questions (and I had a few). He checked my roof and my attic. He found the problem within a few minutes of arriving. Apparently, one staple popped up and as a result my roof was leaking. He pulled the staple out and sealed the holes. I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by the staff. When the repair took less than estimated, Allen immediately refunded me the difference. There was zero hassle. I really appreciate a stress free, proper repair. I am so happy I used R&J.
