She is kind, genuine, empathetic and sincere. What I enjoy about our time together is that she shares stories to provide examples to prove points so it feels more like an uplifting conversation than an appointment with a therapist. I always leave with a takeaway or two that carries me through the week. I feel like I've known her for longer than a few months and she is flexible with my changing schedule. Thank you, Mari, for being you.

These together are very hard to treat and I have been to many doctors who tried everything they knew but to no avail, in fact at times either one of the conditions was exacerbated. There have been a few times when I was in foreign countries and needed some immediate help and she has always been available, even one time when she was on vacation. I know that she is well regarded in the medical and is very well educated about new protocols . She has also significantly helped me accept my daughter's heroin related death. I always feel comfortable in the reception and office area. The receptionist has always been warm and professional. She has been DILIGENT about sending me phone reminders about appointments. I have recommended Dr. Bank to several people, all of whom have been very happy. I don't know what I would do without her.

It is with my deepest regret that I am having to write this review. Today I showed up for my…read morevirtual appointment with Dr. Morag Sutherland, who I think must have been having a very bad day. When she arrived she asked me what I wanted to talk about and I didn't have anything on my mind because to be honest things have been going really well lately. She then grew frustrated and said I was wasting her time because I couldn't think of anything that bothered me this week. She said I could have told her yesterday that I didn't have anything to say. I informed her that would have been something I used to do, but since I am trying to actively change and do things different I thought I should keep it. She said she could have used the time for someone else, and asked me what I thought would happen today. I said I wasn't sure but thought she might ask questions or something else. She then said she thought she should charge me $100 no show fee because I didn't have anything to say. That's insane as I showed up to the appointment!!! She grew incredibly frustrated and unprofessional and said she no longer would work with me. I am totally fine with that as her true colors were shown to me today. I felt horribly betrayed and she is now the only stress I was having.

There is always anxiety when starting with a new doctor to handle medication management, but I was quickly put to ease. She tells it how it is. Also the dogs are wonderful!!!!!!!!

Couldn't agree more about therapy being great but the office being very unpleasant. Here is the…read morecompletely snarky, insensitive, condescending and unnecessary response I got from the office after I admittedly missed an appointment and made an honest mistake after a long day at work. I understand there is a policy in place and that's fine, but I decided to cancel my remaining appointments. They asked me what the reasoning was and this is what they replied back with. Not exactly a sensitive way to speak to anyone with mental illness, or in general: "Hi Ms Katie. I'm so sorry to hear this. Every doctors office has a no show policy and I understand we all forget sometimes and this is why we offer options to reschedule. By not respecting our policy you're telling me it's okay for Heaven to wait around while she too has a budget she lives on. I do apologize that this is not making any sense to you and I apologize we can't meet your needs. We wish you the best and truly hope you find someone who doesn't have a no show policy. I again apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that this has caused you. We wish you the best luck."

This therapy practice is far from being well-organized. Not only is it disorganized, but it also…read moreseems that they don't communicate effectively with each other or their clients. For example, it took days for someone to conduct an intake interview, and the person assigned to administer my intake questionnaire failed to show up for our meeting. When I brought this to their attention, I had to make a last-minute appointment through the phone which is rather hypocritical given their attendance policy. After the intake, it took them a couple of days to assign me a therapist, which is acceptable. However, the problem persisted when the assigned therapist failed to respond to my emails regarding availability. When I emailed them again to inquire about my schedule, they never bothered to respond. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional, and it is frustrating for people who are already hesitant to seek therapy.
