I just hired Alpine Title and they completely dropped the ball. They couldn't complete their end…read moreof the job and I was forced to call Red Door Title. Alpine Title gave no indication when the contract was first given to them for review or after I personally dropped off the second deposit that they would be unable to complete the job. They graciously took my money and made a huge stink about giving me the deposit money back even though the seller and I both signed a release of funds request. Vicky Weegar then lied to me and told me I paid them on the 19th of July and they needed more time to confirm they had received the funds before issuing a refund. In actuality, I paid them on the 15th, the check was dated the 15th, and the contract required me to pay by the 15th (so I'm obviously telling the truth). I will never do business with people who lie. Add that to the fact that they couldn't even complete the transaction and needed two weeks to even figure that out is astoundingly poor....

His work just couldn't get any better, it is really EXCELLENT! His team there are so polite and know their business. They are so helpful with all matters. Their skills at closing are a work of art and perfection. I can't say a bad word! they are all Awesome! Thank you Matt and your team for all you have done for us over the years! You aren't through with me yet!
