I went straight t to Shelly with this matter and the way I refer to her in the terms of this situations is worded "She IS, the OUI attorney!" Maine has tough laws and I refused to blow which is not a good idea, trust me. She did the best I could have asked for and even more. She consulted me anytime and comforted me in the whole situation. I was honest with her from the get go and I felt more then good about it My disorderly was taken care of while I didn't' even know it was, and before I knew it I was getting great news that it was dropped, leaving me with enough reassurance to make it through the rest of the debacle . I have a waiting game for a b bit of my case and she is continues to reassure and be there for me as though I am a priority She also happily worked around my driving situation which was not easy for me, especially in earlier times of the incident. . I also have reached out to Shelly for advice and referrals which I trust and receive willingly.

I just hired Alpine Title and they completely dropped the ball. They couldn't complete their end…read moreof the job and I was forced to call Red Door Title. Alpine Title gave no indication when the contract was first given to them for review or after I personally dropped off the second deposit that they would be unable to complete the job. They graciously took my money and made a huge stink about giving me the deposit money back even though the seller and I both signed a release of funds request. Vicky Weegar then lied to me and told me I paid them on the 19th of July and they needed more time to confirm they had received the funds before issuing a refund. In actuality, I paid them on the 15th, the check was dated the 15th, and the contract required me to pay by the 15th (so I'm obviously telling the truth). I will never do business with people who lie. Add that to the fact that they couldn't even complete the transaction and needed two weeks to even figure that out is astoundingly poor....
